Easy Asian Noodles Recipe ——So Yummy

Ingredients: 

noodles (any kinds of, or you can buy some at Asian supermarket ), 

green onions,

oil, 

light soy sauce, 

dark soy sauce, 

white sugar, 

(chili powder and vinegar if you like)

 


Steps:

1. Boil the noodles

 



2. Take out the noodles and dip them in cold water

 


3. Slice the green onion into several sections( two or three scallions are enough for one person)

 


4. Add the green onion into oil and set over medium-low, cook until scallions get deep golden down, about 10-20 minutes.


                                      


5. Sauce: five spoons of light soy sauce

    One or a half spoon of dark soy sauce

    One spoon of white sugar

   If you like spicy and sour, then put some chili powder and vinegar.

 


6. Put the sauce into the pan, cook with the scallion oil (be careful, the oil may splash out)

 


7. Transfer noodles to a bowl or platter and pour the sauce on the noodles, top with three or four scallion onions. 



8. If you like, you can also make a fried egg.

 


9. Stir them and start to eat!
